Shipping policy

Processing Time
• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days. Once your goodie bag is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
• All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Shipping FAQ
Currently I do not offer worldwide shipping!

• Estimated Shipping Time
• All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
• Estimated Time Frame: 3-10 days
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
• If you need to make a change to your shipping address, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
• If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email goodgirlganginc@gmail.com and I can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
• Currently, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted!
• If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email googirlganginc@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
